It is delightful that you would like to have your wedding guests and the wedding party stay here at the Inn.

Over the years, we have had experiences that have necessitated clarification of what is expected by guests staying at the Inn. As a result, here are the guidelines for insuring that a good time is had by all (including our staff).

Due to the fact that there are many activities occurring during the occupancy of the Inn by a wedding party, the whole inn must be booked for 2 nights. The cost for hosting a wedding is $4500.00. A 50% deposit is due at time of booking.

• Each attendant dressing for the wedding at the Inn must stay here both the night before and the night of.
• If hair and makeup artists are planning on coming to do their magic on those staying here, we must know their time of arrival. Anyone who is not a guest at the Inn cannot come in to have their hair or makeup done.
• The time of the photographer’s arrival must be given to the staff at the Inn.
• A list of each guest occupying each room must be given to us 21 days in advance.
• Excessive alcohol consumption will not be tolerated. Should there be evidence of it anytime during your occupancy, the offending parties will be escorted from the Inn, with no refund of any monies.
• Early arrival will not be tolerated. If you have not booked the night before the wedding, and assume that you can come and dress for the wedding prior to 4:00, the answer is no!
• Check out is 11:00 a.m. Despite what could be the consumption of more alcohol than normal, or partying until 3:00 a.m., the checkout remains 11:00. There will be a financial penalty should this not be adhered to.
• If there is damage to any room, the bride and groom are responsible for the damages.
• Anyone camping is not permitted to come into the Inn to shower. Should anyone sneak in, there will be a financial penalty.
• Anyone not staying at the Inn cannot come in to visit in a room or the lounge, unless approved ahead of time.
